From the foundations of one of Smiths Beach's beautiful old boat houses, this beautiful renovation will soon include a new landscape. With features in the landscape including a concrete, dark tiled circular concrete pool in the front garden with firepit. Tonal coastal planting surrounds all elements with a feature Crepe Myrtle provides interest and softness. While in the back garden the beach adjacent garden opens up to the natural wonders of seaside bushland.
