Built as a display home for one of Melbourne's leading home builders Comdain Homes, the brief for this landscape was one that really raised the game of the house with attention to detail.

Those details came in the form of a stunning pool with raised in-situ concrete lounge area. The contemporary nature of the home was the perfect inspiration for the clean lines that connect the three main areas of the landscape. An alfresco dining area with floating bench for cooking and stunning natural stone wall connects to an open lawn area with firepit.

Combining classic materials such as natural stone with more modern materials like steel and in-situ concrete created a quietly dynamic texture palette that is as timeless as the house.
